Known as Quick Action, Joseph Appiah spent over a year recording Samini’s ‘Odo’ track.
During an interview with Andy Dosty on The Library, the music producer revealed that the song needed a lot of work.
The ‘Odo’ track on Samini’s album caught my attention a lot. That particular track took over a year to produce. There were a lot of factors that went into getting that production to be the best it could be,” he said.
“Odo” was released in 2006, and Quick Action’s efforts on that song won Samini a MOBO Award that same year.
As a collaborator with artists like Buk Bak, Okomfour Kwaadee, Samini and many more to be revealed on the show, Quick Action has made a significant contribution to the music industry.
Last week Friday, part one of his session of the Library show revealed songs he had produced for various artists.
The second part of his session, which will be broadcast on Hitz 103.9 FM with Andy Dosty at 10:00am, promises to be exciting, as more revelations are expected.
