Veteran actor William Addo begs Ghanaians for ‘nika-nika’ to start corn mill business in order to survive

Days after the plight of actor Psalm Adjeteyfio dominated social and mainstream media, another veteran actor William Addo has surfaced to toe the same tangent by begging Ghanaians for financial aid.

The actor who made a name for himself in the Thursday Theatre TV series and other local productions in the 1990s and 2000s revealed on Citi TV’s ‘Untold Stories of Veteran Actors’ program he needs a machine to start a corn mill business.

The actor who is famously known as Akpatse has therefore appealed to the public to support him to start a corn mill business (known locally as nika-nika), which according to him, will provide a sustainable source of income to fund his medical bills.

Meanwhile, Nii Saka Brown is not enthused with the fact that his veteran colleague Psalm Adjteyfio is courting public sympathy for financial aid to alleviate his new level of penury.
